BEAM’s Compulsory Education Program provides students with holistic knowledge and skills they require to continue in formal primary and secondary as well as tertiary education, empowering them to lead self-determined lives benefiting both themselves and their wider communities. The Higher Education initiatives are tailored to students’ needs and developed in collaboration with them, offering preparation for continuing education (GED certification), advanced language classes, and non-formal education in preparation for access to formal further education. All programs provide an integrated educational framework with fluent transitions to allow students to utilize their full potential.

The Youth Community Exchange (Y.C.E.P.) program has been an integral part of BEAM’s community empowerment and cross-cultural understanding efforts since 2009 as it overcomes major language barriers and promotes peaceful community integration; simultaneously, it improves beneficiaries’ opportunities for social and occupational participation. Language courses and joint activities for Thai and migrant youths build links between communities that strengthen the base for shared development and lasting understanding. All programs are developed with and tailored to beneficiaries’ needs and desires to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
